1 Eligible Return Cases
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- Wrong product was sent
- Product is completely different from the description
2 Return Time Limit

3 Return Process
- Take a photo of the product clearly showing the issue
- Send the photo and Order ID on WhatsApp
- We will respond within 24 hours
- If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided
4 Refund Policy
Return approved :
- UPI payment — refund within 3-5 business days to the same UPI
- COD — discount on next order or bank transfer
5 Non-Returnable Cases
- Custom or personalized orders (made specifically for you)
- Customer changes their mind
- Product has already been used
- Informed after 3 days of delivery

2 Processing Time
Since every product is handmade, crafting begins after order confirmation. Typically:
- Ready stock — shipped within 1-2 days of payment confirmation
- Made to order — 5-10 business days to craft, then shipped
- Custom order — timeline agreed separately
3 Delivery Area
We deliver across India. Some remote areas may take additional time.
4 Tracking
Once shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent to you on WhatsApp. You can track it on any courier website.
5 If Delivery Fails
- Courier will reattempt delivery if first attempt fails
- After 3 failed attempts, product returns to us. Re-shipping will incur a charge.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided
Note: Delivery may take longer during festival seasons (Diwali, Eid, Christmas). Please order in advance.

1 General Terms

- Orders are for personal use — contact us separately for commercial resale
2 Payment Terms
- Transaction ID must be provided correctly after UPI payment
- Order will be confirmed after payment verification
- Orders with fake Transaction IDs will be cancelled
- Payment fraud will result in legal action
3 Product Terms
- All products are handmade, so slight variations are natural
- Screen colors may slightly differ from the actual product color
- Please follow proper usage and care instructions
- Prices, stock and availability may change at any time
4 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun
- Paid amount will be refunded for valid cancellations
5 Intellectual Property
All designs, images and content on Ziya's Fashions are our own property. Copying or using without permission is not allowed.
6 Limitation of Liability
We are not fully liable for issues caused by delivery delays, courier damage or natural disasters. However, we will always cooperate to resolve issues.
7 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be settled in Indian courts.
